Therefore, my primary mission as Executive Coach is precisely to build the confidence of the other. And this, by offering him a space for listening and trustful exchange. It is by feeling completely safe, free to express fears as well as his waves to the soul without the slightest judgment, that the person will manage to overcome his fears and regain confidence.
Maintaining one’s trust and that of others is a challenge that affects absolutely all humans and in all the circumstances of life. Feeling confident causes well-being, enthusiasm and energy. That is exactly why it is an essential component of our development.
Based on my extensive coaching experience with personalities with a wide range of responsibilities, I find that no leader, even the most experienced, is not immune to a crisis or a breach of trust.
