Good governance
a key factor

Corporate governance has changed significantly since the introduction of “good practices for corporate governance” in 2002 in Swiss legislation. We have moved from a co-optation system to high governance. This includes many aspects such as: monitoring performance, supervising management, setting financial and business objectives, developing strategy, managing and preventing risks, including image and reputation, but also cybersecurity, and financial control. Therefore, good governance is critical to the health and sustainability of a company and enables to:

It is at the level of high corporate governance that I help to create a quality in important decision-making. And this in order to have strategic skills in the right place at the right time.

I have always been passionate about the tremendous leverage that corporate culture represents for the performance of companies. That is why I accompany administrators in selection or development processes. Based on strategic objectives, I lead everyone to step back and channel their energies.
